We will be pleased to consider opening a credit account for bona fide trade customers who will then be able to enjoy immediate despatch from stock, on orders by phone, fax, or email. Account applications will need to be supported by references as follows:

• Two trade references (not RS components nor Farnell Electronics)
• Bank account details

We will advise you when we have received acceptable responses from your references, and account facilities are available.

Invoices are mailed on the date of supply of goods and are due for settlement net after 30 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Until such time as a credit account has been opened, payments can be made by cheque or BACS, or more immediately by Mastercard or Visa cards (for which the minimum transaction value is GBP £25.00). We regret that we are unable to process Switch or American Express transactions.

Orders from organisations such as the emergency services, the MOD, local authorities, and other government bodies, etc., will be processed without the formalities of applying for a credit account, but a full written order with valid order number must be used.
